FleetPath samples each reefer trailer’s temperature on a tight cadence, turns a drift out of range into an alarm your dispatcher acts on within minutes, and keeps the append-only log that settles a claim in your favor. It will not auto-assign a temperature-controlled load to a truck it knows is not a reefer.
The margin on temperature-controlled freight lives or dies on whether the box held its band and whether you can prove it. FleetPath is built around that clock.
Ingestion and alarm logic are split on purpose, so a telemetry outage stops new readings without freezing the alarm pipeline.
An alarm opens only when two consecutive reads are both outside the setpoint band. Defrost cycles and quick door-opens do not cry wolf, so the alarms your team sees are worth standing up for.
When temperatures return to the band the alarm clears itself. A dispatcher can acknowledge first with a note the driver sees, so the truck knows help is coming before the number recovers.
Automated dispatch treats the reefer requirement as a hard block, sitting next to the hazmat endorsement gate. A temperature-controlled load is not auto-assigned to a driver whose trailer is known to be non-reefer. When the trailer cannot be determined, the driver is not wrongly ruled out, and the pre-departure readiness check is the second guard before the truck rolls.
Setpoint, return-air temperature, and an in-range flag on the shared dashboard, on a fifteen-minute delay, with no margin or cost data exposed.
A neutral cold-chain status card on the same delayed feed as position, so a broker can answer the shipper without calling you.
An append-only reading log indexed for fast lookups, plus captured reefer downloads, form the audit trail during a temperature dispute.
Multi-temp units report per-compartment setpoint and min and max, from Thermo King, Carrier, Samsara, or a manual log, read straight off a photo or download.
Live temperature needs an active telemetry integration. A few cross-checks are wired but not yet firing on real documents.
Dispatch, compliance, and settlement, shaped to how reefer actually runs. Get started and we will get your fleet set up.
