The people moving freight should not have to spend their evenings reconnecting the paperwork. We built FleetPath to bring the work together, give time back to the team, and help carriers keep more of what each load earns.
Why FleetPath exists
The work between the tools costs carriers money.
Re-entering a load, chasing a receipt, and explaining the same change all take time away from running freight.
A dispatcher changes the appointment. The driver receives a text. Accounting finds out after delivery. When each tool holds only part of the job, people have to connect the rest. That work rarely appears on an invoice, but the carrier pays for it every day.
FleetPath keeps the job together. The load connects the truck, driver, route, documents, costs, and decisions, so work completed by one person is available to the next. Your team can spend its experience on solving problems instead of searching for facts.
How we build
Build around the job, not the department.
A permit affects the route. A late arrival affects the bill. The software should carry those connections.
Dispatch, safety, drivers, and accounting each need different details from the same load. FleetPath keeps those details connected as plans change and documents arrive. Nobody should have to recreate a completed job just to understand the next step.
That is also what makes useful automation possible. FleetPath can prepare a calculation, document, or task using the records already there. People retain the decisions that need judgment, with the supporting evidence in view.
What we are building toward
Give a small team the reach of a larger operation.
The right information should reach the person doing the work, whether that person is in the cab or the office.
The driver should receive the legal route, stops, documents, and next required action. Dispatch should see what is moving, what is at risk, and why. Safety should see readiness before the truck rolls. Accounting should inherit the completed operating record instead of beginning a new investigation after delivery.
This is how FleetPath aims to improve the economics of running a carrier: reduce repeated work, shorten the wait for information, and keep earned charges supported by evidence. Growth should add productive capacity without multiplying the administrative burden.

- One platform, one truthEight tools is a tax. Today the carrier and the broker sign in to the same load record and each sees it from the angle they need, instead of emailing each other for a status. Shipper and receiver views are next, built on the same record rather than bolted on beside it.
- Automation you can auditThe money math and the dispatch recommendations are deterministic and logged. Same inputs, same answer, every time, with the factors and the weights on screen. We do use a language model, and we tell you exactly where: it reads documents and drafts language. It never produces a number that lands on an invoice. No black boxes running your money.
- Build like the audit is tomorrowYour data sits inside your own boundary, and the database itself enforces it, not a developer remembering to add a filter. Every consequential action is written down with who did it and when. When an auditor, a customer, or a lawyer asks how something happened, there is a record, and it was there before they asked.
