Scale ticket

Gross, tare and net weight read off the ticket, then auto-linked to the load by ticket or BOL number so net tons reach billing on their own.

Asphalt plant ticket

Net tons, mix design and load-out temperature captured at the plant, so per-ton settlement uses the weight the plant printed and the paving crew sees the temp window.

Disposal ticket

Roll-off and tipping receipts from the facility, with container id, waste type, disposal method and tonnage for the pull.

Delivery ticket

A lightweight per-stop drop confirmation with delivered quantity, material source and signature when a full BOL is not issued.

Per ton, per yard, per load or per hour. The rate basis lives on the load and settlement itemizes quantity times unit rate on exact cents math.

  • Per ton on the real weightNet lbs divided by 2000 flows from the scale ticket to the load as billable tons. Enter an estimate to bill now, and the scaled weight can confirm the tons later.
  • Deterministic moneyEvery figure is computed in Decimal with round-half-up and a hard sum check. No model ever produces a number that lands on an invoice.
  • Ticket number ties it togetherThe scale or ticket number you type on the load is the same number the matcher joins to the scanned ticket, so weight and billing never drift apart.
