Every carrier gets the core tools to plan, dispatch, document, and bill its loads. Larger plans add tools for managing bigger teams, such as company-wide sign-in, account setup, and dispatcher groups. The per-truck price falls as your fleet grows.

Giving the right person access should help the business, not add another bill. Drivers, safety staff, accounting, and owners all need the same load details to do their jobs.
Your subscription is based on trucks, not individual logins. Add office staff without buying another seat. Dispatcher access follows the truck-count allowance, so the plan grows with your fleet rather than every person you hire.
When the fleet grows into the next band, the per-truck price falls. The economics improve with scale instead of punishing it.

Optional services

The monthly subscription is the only required carrier charge. Optional services follow real work, such as a $5 detention recovery packet. Shared portal access is billed to the broker: $24.99 per load, $199 for 10 loads, or $899 for 50 loads, with unlimited access at $2,499 per month. The carrier never pays that portal fee.
Waiting time costs money even when the truck is not moving. FleetPath checks the free time and rate in the load agreement, then assembles the six-part evidence packet for $5. The written agreement determines the claim amount.
With factoring submission, FleetPath prepares the invoice, rate confirmation, and proof of delivery for the factor. FleetPath earns 5% of the factor’s fee on the RTS program, with no added fee to the carrier. Fuel cards are another optional program, connected to the fuel records your operation already keeps. Availability and terms are provided with each service.
The return comes from work you can identify: less repeated entry, fewer missing billing documents, and better support for earned charges. Review the costs and available services before you commit.
